Director's interests in shares of Old Mutual plc ('the Company')
The Company has been informed, by a letter received on today, that Mr J H
Sutcliffe, a director of the Company, purchased a direct, beneficial interest
in 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on the London Stock
Exchange today at a price of £1.3325 each. The total number of shares in the
Company in which he is now interested is 10,000.
