Dr Reuel Khoza, who is Chairman of Nedbank Group Limited and a non-executive director of Old Mutual plc, purchased 6,000 Nedbank Group Limited ordinary shares on 12 March 2012 at a price of ZAR164.3811 per share.  The total number of ordinary shares in Nedbank Group Limited in which Dr Khoza (together with his connected persons) is now beneficially interested is 9,174.
