PHILIP BROADLEY EXERCISED AN OPTION OVER 1,315,789 SHARES GRANTED WITH AN OPTION PRICE OF 57p PER SHARE. 1,024,800 SHARES WERE SOLD AT A PRICE OF £1.0715 PER SHARE TO COVER THE COST OF EXERCISE AND THE INCOME TAX AND EMPLOYEE'S NATIONAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION LIABILITIES.
