                     Analyst Presentations on UK activities



Old Mutual Plc is making a series of presentations today on its UK business, Old
Mutual Financial Services Group UK ('OMFS UK'), to institutional and stock
broking analysts. Julian Roberts, Group Finance Director, Old Mutual Plc, is
hosting the presentation day at Old Mutual Place, 2 Lambeth Hill, London EC4.



The presentations will provide an operational guide to each of the businesses in
OMFS UK, including Gerrard, Gerrard Private Bank, and Selestia. There will also
be a presentation on the background issues in the latest accounting policy
guidelines for UK insurance companies.



Slides used in all the presentations will be posted later today to the company's
website (www.oldmutual.com) where they will be maintained for at least two
weeks.
