Block Listing Application

Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UKLA and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on its main market.

Shares will be issued under the block listing to satisfy market demand for the Shares and to manage the premium to net asset value at which the Shares may trade. This is in line with the premium management policy set out in the prospectus published by the Company dated 26 March 2018. The block listing is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 20 June 2018.
