Purchase of own securities and total voting rights

Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 21 February 2011 the Company purchased
for cancellation 118,285 Ordinary shares at a price of 86.27p per share.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
16,236,217 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights.
The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
