Proposed Increase in Size of Offer for Subscription

Further to the announcement released by Octopus Titan VCT plc (the “Company") on 19 March 2019 at 13.05 hrs relating the Company's Offer for Subscription to raise up to £200 million (the “Offer”), in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 tax years, the Board of the Company announces today that it is proposing to increase in the size of the Offer from £200 million to £250 million.
