Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 15 April 2013, 104,316 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 23 subscribers at a price of 93.9 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 7 February 2013. 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 2 May 2013.

The Offer closed with effect from noon on Monday, 15 April 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company as at 22 April 2013 is: 22,349,153 Ordinary Shares.
