Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company's shareholders held at 3.30 p.m. this afternoon, both resolutions (the "Resolutions"), as set out in the circular dated 10 June 2021 (the "Circular"), were passed. The Resolutions were put to the meeting and duly passed on a poll. The results are detailed as follows:
