Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 3 April 2013, 7,918,303 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 298 applicants at a price of 94.5 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 October 2012.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.  

The following Director was allotted shares as detailed below:

Murray Steele                   5,556 Ordinary Shares (0.0085% of the issued share capital)

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now:   65,451,190 Ordinary Shares.
