Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 27 December 2012, 3,156,668 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 115 applicants at a price of 94.5 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 October 2012.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 10 January 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now:  54,285,342  Ordinary Shares.
