Octopus Apollo VCT plc : AMENDMENT Final Results

Further to the RNS released by Octopus Apollo VCT plc at 17.21 hrs on 25 May 2016,  the paragraph headed "Dividend and Dividend Policy" incorrectly stated that the dividend will be payable on 17 August 2016 to Ordinary shareholders on the register at 29 July 2016.

The dividend will be payable on 26 August 2016 to Ordinary shareholders on the register at 12 August 2016.
