Appointment of Director

The  Board  is  pleased  to  announce  the  appointment  of  Rob  Johnson  as an
independent  non-executive director of the Company  with effect from today.  Rob
was Joint Managing Director of Buyagift PLC which was grown from £3.5 million to
£19.5  million prior to the  sale of the company  to Smart&Co.  Prior to that he
was  Managing Director of ilion plc responsible for growing the share price from
52p to 160p per share.
Other  positions included Managing Director of  Metrologie UK Ltd, a broad-based
distributor  of computer products; Vice President of Ingram Micro for six years;
and  Managing  Director  and  Founder  of  Mirai  Networks  Ltd. He is currently
non-exec  Director  of  Unicorn  Training  Ltd,  one  of  the leading e-learning
companies in the UK.

Neil Wilson independent non-executive director has decided to step down from the
Board  to fulfil other interests.  The Chairman  and the Board thank him for his
past services to the Company and wish him well for the future.
