Octopus Second Aim VCT plc, ("the Company") has today issued a prospectus relating to a proposed Offer for Subscription for ordinary shares of 0.01p each to raise up to £10 million following approval from the UK Listing Authority.

The Offer is now open and will close at noon on 5 April 2013 for the 2012/2013 tax year and noon on 30 April  2013 for the 2013/2014 tax year, unless it is fully subscribed prior to that date or extended by the Board (to no later than 31 January 2014).

The prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
