Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc announces that on 1 July 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 156,513 Ordinary shares at a price of 76.5p per share.

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 63,257,229 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
