Combined New Share Offer and Issue of Combined New Share Offer Document

The Board of Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc, ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has today launched a Combined New Share Offer (the "Offer") to raise up to £4.1 million in the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 tax years.  Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document (the "Offer Document") issued by the Company, dated 3 February 2014.

The Offer opens on 3 February 2014 and will close at 12 noon on 30 May 2014 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.

The Offer Document will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
