The board of Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 7 March 2007, the
unaudited net asset value per share of the A Ordinary and B Ordinary shares was
approximately 96.22 pence per share.

Close IHT AIM VCT PLC became ex-dividend on 28 February 2007 and this net asset
value per share therefore includes the 1.0p dividend per A and B share declared
on 16 February 2007.  This dividend will be paid on 23 March 2007 to
shareholders on the register as at 2 March 2007.
