The Board of Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc announces that as at 10 June
2009 the unaudited net asset value of the A Ordinary shares was
approximately 67.9 pence per share.



Following the approval by B Ordinary shareholders of the
Reconstruction including a Distribution in Specie, the B Ordinary
shares have ceased to have a net asset value calculated because the
portfolio will now change in line with the Reconstruction.
