Dividend

The Board of Octopus Second AIM VCT plc have declared an interim dividend of
1.6 pence per Ordinary share payable from the capital reserves of the Company on
7 October 2011 to shareholders on the register  of the Company on 9 September
2011.   HMRC clearance has been received for the payment of the interim dividend
announced by the Company in the Half-Yearly Report dated 28 July 2011.
