Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 1 July 2016 the Company purchased for cancellation 25,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 90.5p per share. 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 84,410,803 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights.
