Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 23 April 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 75,184 Ordinary shares at a price of 103.25p per share. 

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 71,186,542 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
