TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL - REPLACEMENT

 

The following replaces the Total Voting Rights and Capital announcement released on 31 May 2012 at 14:28. The previous announcement referred to the incorrect number of shares held in the company. The full correct version of the announcement appears below.

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The capital of the Company consists of 47,299,972 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each, with voting rights.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 47,299,972 (the 'Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
