Dividend

The  2.5p second interim  dividend declared  on 29 October  2010 within the Half
Yearly  Report has now received clearance  from HMRC.  Accordingly, the dividend
will  be paid on 11 February 2011 to  shareholders on the register on 14 January
2011.
