Dividend

HMRC clearance has now been received for the payment of a final dividend
announced by the Company with the Final Results on 26 May 2011.  Accordingly, a
dividend of 2.5p per Ordinary share will be paid from the capital reserves of
the Company on 5 August 2011 to shareholders on the register on 8 July 2011
subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
