NOTIFICATION UPDATE ON RESTORATION OF LISTING FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST

Octagon Healthcare Funding plc ("Octagon" or the "Company") provides the following update in relation to the temporary suspension of the Company's £341,328,000 5.333 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Bonds due 2035 (the "Bonds") on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 07:30 am on 1 May 2024 to 07.30 am on 23 May 2024. Effective from 7.30 am on 23 May 2024, Octagon confirms that The Financial Conduct Authority restored the Company's Bonds to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as set out below.
