Interim results for the six months ending 30th June 2005

Due to the introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards, Ocean
Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it is likely to avail itself of the rule
relaxation granted by the FSA in respect of the interim reporting deadline. The
relaxation extends the reporting requirement from 90 days to 120 days following
the period end.
