'Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10
June 2005, Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited's final dividend of 18.00 cents per
share for the year ended 31 December 2004 will be paid on that date to
shareholders on the register at the close of business 13 May 2005'

Where the shareholder has not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the
Company will translate the US dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD /
GBP exchange rate on 13 May 2005 which was $1.8487 giving a final dividend in
sterling of 9.7366p per share'.
