Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18
June 2004, Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited's final dividend of USD 0.16 per share
for the year ended 31 December 2003 will be paid on that date to shareholders on
the register at the close of business 28 May 2004.

The Company has written to shareholders in respect of the dividends being paid
in United States Dollars. Where the shareholder has not elected to receive
dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US dollar amount into
sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 28 May 2004 which was $1.8317
giving a final dividend in sterling of 8.7351p per share.
