Orad enhances its strong position in the Brazilian market

Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited (Symbol: OHT), a world leader in the broadcasting
market today announced a major deal with Rede Record, one of the largest
broadcasters in Brazil.

As part of the deal Orad will supply Rede Record with its high end virtual set
system - Cyber Set.  The Cyber Set system is based on Orad's Xync infrared
technology that provides extremely accurate tracking as well as free camera
movement within the studio.  Additionally, Orad provided Rede Record with its
Cyber Graphics system which will be used for Rede Record's news and live sport
productions.

'It has been a long and extensive evaluation process after which we found Orad's
solution best suited for our production needs' said Reinaldo Gilli, Director of
Operations & Engineering at Rede Record.  'Orad's solution is flexible, easy to
use and provides us with capabilities that are not available with any other
solution.  The high level of support and the commitment of Orad's personnel were
also a key factor in our decision'.
