Hong Kong Broadcaster Phoenix TV extends confidence in Orad


Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited (Symbol: OHT), a world leader in the broadcasting
and virtual simulation markets, announced today a triple deal with the Hong
Kong-based broadcaster Phoenix Satellite Television.


Following the successful and the highly rated coverage of the US presidential
election using the Orad CyberGraphics system, Phoenix has now placed an
additional order for three CyberGraphics systems.  The CyberGraphics solution
will provide Phoenix with a comprehensive graphic solution and help to integrate
it seamlessly into their newsroom environment.


In addition, Orad will upgrade Phoenix's existing virtual set to its high-end
virtual set system.  Orad's high-end virtual set system is powered by a DVG
rendering platform.  Additionally, Orad will supply Phoenix with an additional
virtual set to support its ever expanding set of productions.


Phoenix Television, the Hong Kong-based broadcaster, features a broad mix of
programs ranging from political and economic news, current affairs as well as a
entertainment programs designed to cater for the global Mandarin
Chinese-speaking audience.  The station's broadcasts can be seen throughout
Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and the US as well as in Hong Kong and
mainland China.
