                     ORAD penetrates US Sports market with
                FORUM video servers for live replay applications

New York, USA, December 9, 2003 - ORAD Hi-Tec Systems (symbol: OHT), the world
leader in virtual sets, on-air graphics, and sports production tools, announces
growing interest from major US Sports groups.

The Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia's Major League Baseball team, has
purchased two complete FORUM video servers, ORAD's multi-channel instant
slow-motion & replay solution. This follows recent purchases of the FORUM Sport
video server by the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers of the National Football
League.

With FORUM, ORAD expects to lead the 'Video Wall' market thanks to its Wavelet
based compression technique that provides the highest, artifacts free,
compressed video quality.

The two FORUM video servers are to be installed in the new state-of-the-art
Citizens Bank Stadium and will be linked to the gigantic 72 by 39 foot LED '
Video Wall'.

FORUM, ORAD's multi-channel instant slow-motion & replay solution,  has been
selected following an evaluation of similar technologies by the Phillies
organization. One of the key factors in selecting the FORUM by the Phillies was
'product flexibility when it comes to content and clip management' said Bill
Hooker, Phillies AV Manager. 'The second critical point is the almost
instantaneous boot-time and system time-to-recovery, with no loss of any
recorded material, ' added Hooker.
