                                 Issue of equity


The Company issued and allotted 30,430 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each ('
New Shares') on 29 October 2004, further to the exercise of options under the
Company's 2003 Israeli Share Option Plan.


Application has been made today for 30,430 New Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 8 November 2004.
