ORAD announces the appointment of Mr. Joel Warschawski as new director

Mr. Joel Warschawski, President of the Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity
Management Ltd. will join Orad as member of the board of directors with
immediate effect.

Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. (symbol OHT) (the Company) is announcing today that the
board of directors of Orad has appointed Mr. Warschawski as a board member.

of Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Management Ltd. as an Orad board member.
Mr. Warschawski is a highly accomplished professional suited to the needs of a
growing company like Orad', stated Avi Sharir, Orad's CEO.

Mr. Warschawski (age 47) has been the president of the Edmond de Rothschild
Private Equity Management Ltd. since its inception in the year 2000. Edmond de
Rothschild Private Equity Management Ltd. is the private equity arm in Israel of
the prestigious LCF Rothschild Group, and manages and advises private equity
funds in excess of $350M.

Mr. Warschawski holds an engineering degree in electro-optics and a B.Sc in
Applied Physics from the Jerusalem College of Technology. Prior to joining the
LCF Rothschild Group, he served between 1984-1991 in different managerial roles
in Luz Industries Ltd. (a world leading company for Solar Power Plants). From
1991-1997 he was the Director General of Patir Research and Development Ltd. (a
four prize winner Technology Incubator) and between 1993-2000 he served as the
President of J.C. Technologies Ltd. (an early stage venture capital investment
company).

Mr. Warschawski also serves as a board member in several hi-tech and investment
companies (details below) and brings vast experience both from the managerial
side as well as from the private equity investment side.

Save for the above there is no further information required for disclosure under
paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, with respect to the appointment of
Joel Pierre Warschawski.
