On 9 March 2005 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of
NIS 0.01 each at a price of EUR 0.97, representing 0.047 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase Avi Sharir holds 1,303,738 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 12.13 per cent of the issued share capital.
