On 9 December, 2004 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased 5,680 ordinary
shares of NIS 0.01 each at a price of EUR 0.86, representing 0.05 per cent of
the issued share capital of the Company.


Following this purchase Avi Sharir holds 1,294,558 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 12.04 per cent of the issued share capital.
