On 8 December, 2004 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased 1,200 ordinary
shares of NIS 0.01 each at a price of EUR 0.83, representing 0.01 per cent of
the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase Avi Sharir holds 1,288,878 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 11.99 per cent of the issued share capital.
