On 7 December, 2004 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased 4,270 ordinary
shares of NIS 0.01 each; representing 0.04 per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.  There were two purchases: 3,500 shares at a price of euros 0.83
each and 770 at a price of euros 0.80 each.



Following this purchase, Avi Sharir holds 1,287,678 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 11.98 per cent of the issued share capital.
