Director's Shareholding - Correction


Further to the announcement on 6 December 2004, Avi Sharir, CEO and director,
acquired only 8, 830 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each at Euros 0.798 per share
on 2 December 2004 and he did not acquire the second tranche of 2,830 shares on
the same date, as previously announced.  Following this purchase, Avi Sharir
holds 1,283,408 shares representing 11.93 per cent of the issued share capital.
