On 3 June 2004 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of
NIS 0.01 each at a price of EUR1.47, representing 0.019 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company, on 3 June 2004.

Following this purchase Avi Sharir holds 1,216,982 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 11.43 per cent of the issued share capital.
