of NIS 0.01 each at a price of EUR 1.33, representing 0.012 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.



Following this purchase Avi Sharir holds 1,228,578 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 11.54 per cent of the issued share capital.'
