On 16 June 2004 Avi Sharir, CEO and director, purchased a total of 5,346
ordinary shares of NIS 0.01, representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. He purchased 919 shares at a price of euro 1.25 and
4,427 shares at a price of euro 1.3.



Following these purchases Avi Sharir holds 1,227,328 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 11.52 per cent of the issued share capital.
