Purchase of Shares

Oakley Capital Investments Limited ('the Company' or 'OCIL') announces that on 11 December 2015, the Company made a  purchase of 390,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in OCIL at 144 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this transaction the Company holds 15,834,564 ordinary shares in treasury, therefore the number of ordinary shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares following the purchase is 191,078,315.
