Purchase of Shares

The Company announces that yesterday it purchased 1,355,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in OCIL at a price of 125p per share.

Purchased shares will be held in treasury by the Company and shares will not carry voting or dividend distribution rights. 

Following this transaction, the number of ordinary shares in issue less purchased shares held in treasury will be 126,061,350 and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 126,061,350.
