Completion of Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P.'s disposal of Emesa Group Holdings B.V. for €95 million

Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM: OCL), the AIM-listed company established to provide investors with access to the investment strategy being pursued by Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. (the "Limited Partnership" or the "Fund"), today announces that the disposal by the Limited Partnership of Emesa Group Holdings B.V. ("Emesa"), a leading online consumer auction platform in the European leisure industry, to Cyrte Investments B.V. has been completed for gross consideration of €95 million.

The Limited Partnership originally acquired Emesa Group Holdings B.V. ("Emesa") in March 2011 for consideration of €35 million.  The transaction represents a 3.6x gross return for the Fund in less than two years of ownership, with an IRR in excess of 100%.
