                                Issue of Equity


The Company announces today that application has been made for 235,840 ordinary
shares pursuant to the exercise of employee share options exercised at a price
of £1.93 per share under the NWF Group plc SAYE Share Option Scheme.


These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company, and trading is expected to commence on 7 June 2007. Following
the exercise of these shares, the Company will have 9,378,211 ordinary shares in
issue.
