ANNOUNCEMENT RE: CHIEF EXECUTIVE SUCCESSION
NWF Group plc ('NWF'), the diversified sales and distribution business, is
pleased to announce that Graham Scott has agreed to continue in his role as
Chief Executive for a period of at least another two years.
Roy Willis, Chairman, commented: 'I am delighted that Graham has agreed to stay
on as Chief Executive for at least another two years. I believe that his
decision to delay retirement is in the best interests of shareholders, customers
and employees, and will ensure stability and continuity for the Group.'
Graham Scott Chief Executive, added: 'I am delighted to be continuing as Chief
Executive and have committed myself to the business for at least another two
years. I look forward to setting the business further along its path of
profitable growth.'
