Further to the announcement on 5 February 2004, NWF Group plc (or 'the Company')
announces that Mr Paul Grundy has been appointed to the Board with effect from
24 May 2004.  Paul will succeed Alan Fulker, as Group Finance Director, when he
retires at the end of August 2004.

On his appointment, Paul Grundy owned 400 25p ordinary shares in NWF Group plc.
