NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Mr. Michael D.
Cookson, has today, 28th September, sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company (0.06% of the issued shares) at a price of 183p per share. This
sale reduces Mr. Cookson's total shareholding in the Company to 113,212 shares
(1.43% of the issued shares).
