NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Mr. Michael D.Cookson,
has today, 10th October, sold 2,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
(0.025% of the issued shares) at a price of 181.25p per share. This sale
reduces Mr. Cookson's total shareholding in the Company to 111,212 shares
(1.4% of the issued shares).
