                         NWF Group PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

                              Additional Listing


Application has been made for 100,000 new ordinary shares of 25p each to be
admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of share options by Mr
Graham Scott the Chief Executive of NWF Group plc at 235p each. The new shares
will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, and
admission is expected on 11 August 2005.


The above shares will be registered in the name of his wife Mrs W. Scott and
will, upon admission bring Mr Scott's beneficial interest to 115,228 ordinary
shares being 1.4 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
